Can I Select A Specific Specialty Or Doctor

All our doctors provide high quality care and are highly qualified physicians in their fields and their credentials have been verified. You can select a doctor immediately available for urgent questions/ consultations or schedule an appointment with one of our doctors. You can also search for a specific specialty or physician.

What Type Of Conditions Can The Doctors Treat Using The App?

Is The App Meant To Be Used For Life-Threatening Emergency Services?

No. If you have a life-threatening emergency, you should seek the closest Emergency hospital to you. However, if you are not sure and would like to get an urgent consultation to determine if you do need to head to an Emergency, then you can use the Call a Doctor Now feature to get professional help to make a decision about your condition.

Can I Share A Test Result Or Picture With My Doctor?

Yes. The app allows you to upload a picture for test reports or a personal picture (e.g. rash/ lesion) to show to your doctor through the app.

Is My Information Confidential?

Yes. Our service is highly confidential and is HIPAA complaint in compliance with American standards.

Can The Doctor Send Me A Prescription Or A Referral After The Consultation?

The doctor will give you instructions during the consultation for any need for medications or referrals. After the consultation has ended, the doctor can send you a note with specific instructions. We do not provide written prescriptions.

Can I Follow-Up With The Doctor Later After My Consultation On The App?

Yes. You can schedule a follow-up consultation on the app with your doctor of choice as needed. If a personal visit is deemed necessary, the doctor would indicate so during the consultation. This would be separate and beyond the scope of the app itself.

What If I Have Follow- Up Questions To The Doctor?

You can always schedule a follow-up appointment on the app if needed.

How Would I Be Billed For Using The Service?

We provide different payment options to use the service. You can select to pay per consultation, buy a package that includes a packet of consultations per year or use your insurance company in case it provides this service with us.

How Long Will It Take For The Physician To Respond To My Visit Schedule Request?

Physicians have up to two (2) business days to respond to your request to schedule a specific appointment. Emergent consultations are taken immediately by the available providers.

Is There A Time Limit On How Long I Can Speak With A Specialist?

Although there is no set time limit most consultations are usually expected to last few minutes with some reaching 15 min depending on the case and complexity.
